Call or text our 24 hour duty number at (719) 680-7831 with the following info:
1. Service Date / Time
2. Aircraft Type
3. Fuel Type (Hot, Cold, Warm, FARA)
4. email for fuel receipt (flight ops recommended)
5. Food or drink request, check out our menu!
After hours service requests usually require at least a 1 hour notice. If food is requested, please provide a minimum two hours advance notice.
hot point procedures
Progressive taxi is always available from Trinidad Unicom (122.8). For first time visits, we recommend:
- UH-60 (left side refuel): Exit runway at Taxiway A4. Ground Taxi into hot point as depicted. Remain centered on taxiway. Stop abeam the fuel hose.
- AH-64 / CH-47 (right side refuel): Exit runway at Taxiway A3. Ground Taxi into hot point as depicted. Remain centered on taxiway. Stop abeam the fuel hose.
